Designed to be as luxurious as it is versatile, the Lady Jane Collection displays a classic scene as the ensemble of high end salon equipment and beauty furniture transforms a salon into a dreamy, artistic spa oasis.
“We created this collection to enable any salon to be transformed into a destination. The design of the pieces reflects the human body at rest, allowing guests to discover beauty while being made beautiful themselves” – Marcel Wanders.
The collection includes an island station, a styling salon chair, shampoo unit with basin, rolling trolleys, a variety of mirrors and a reception desk. The furniture upholstery presents a stitched floral relief that endorses a visual and physical feeling of depth to the guest. All frames and metal pulls are coated in either gold, chrome or matt black colours. Designed with soft and poetic curves, precise silhouettes, rich details and versatile accessories, the pieces create an elegant and welcoming interior. Offering functionality that uplifts the human spirit, this collection is a fresh breeze in the field of professional equipment.

Today, Inspiration and Ideas travels to Ukraine to show you a stunning contemporary design project by the amazing design firm and studio Bolshakova Interiors. Incorporating distinct style elements important to the client, Bolshakova Interiors designed a contemporary homethat feels classic, yet functional, and undoubtedly sleek. Taking inspiration from French and American interiors, such as the personal homes of Christian Dior and Ralph Lauren, in addition to influences from the Four Seasons Hotel designed by Pierre- Yves Rochon, the modern interiors were radically overhauled, from staircases to windows, flooring to façades.
But before we show you what you came here for, allow us to introduce this amazing studio for all of you who may not know them. And let us start by saying that we regard this studio and its amazing leader Natalia Bolshakova as one of the main modern design forces right now in Europe and we believe this amazing luxury design project will make you think that as well.
This interior design project is a country house with an area of 550 m2 that is located in Ukraine, not far from the city capital of Kyiv. Bolshakova Interiors such as Natalia Bolshakova, Olga Drachuk, and Petr Gerez were in charge of this project that cleary transmit us a contemporary vibe that is supported by a keen sense of elegance that shines through all the details and all the modern furniture pieces.
“An elegant and refined house for a family with a child, where every detail matters.”
As the very own studio describes it.
Let us start with the Living Room/ Dining Room open space combo! In the afternoon, the beautifully designed living room is flooded with sunlight. The lounge area has a large window and is perfect for family get-togethers. The owner’s personal collection of pictures and ornaments find their ideal place in the house. We highçlight the use of amazing statement pieces of luxury brands like Baccarat, Boca do Lobo, and Eichholtzin this amazing room. We particularly highlight the incredible Heritage Sideboard by Boca do Lobo that is placed near the stairs and that it’s, on its own, a luxury design piece of art inside this modern homedesigned by Bolshakova Interiors. We also love the amazing ceramic pieces by Lladro.
“Individual style is emphasized in the decoration of the house, which is a testament to our client’s active participation policy. On this project, we worked intensively with the client in the studio and at the facility actively sharing information.”
The kitchen area is just as stunning as the living room. The austere furniture design and shining marble used in the design of the kitchen are complemented by cheerful textiles on the windows from the Hermes Jungle Life collection.
Musing on a predominately white interior, the home seamlessly blends wooden elements with individual color palettes for each distinct area. Deep blue sweep the living room while touches of green encompass the kitchen and soft vanilla plays with light in the charming child’s bedroom.
The bathroom design features a panel PAMPA from the French house, Pierre Frey. It contrasts powerfully with the marble textures, resulting in a stunning overall finish.
For this design, Bolshakova Interiors opted for dark colours that contrast with the more clear color scheme of the child’s bedroom and even of the living room. It was a bold choice, but a strong one!
The kid’s room designed by Bolshakova Interiors is one of the most touching and charming rooms in the house! Everything in this house is considered carefully to ensure the child is comfortable and safe, but that is also surrounded by a relaxing environment filled with amazing details that can’t be appreciated by the child ye, but that also transforms this room in a relaxing sanctuary for the parents!
Located in a villa near Moscow, this 3D rendering project reflects how shining and classic a kitchen can be. Design Studio by Elena Klylova is the mastermind behind this interior design project who aims to do a harmonious continuation of the soul project, and not a banal set of stylish furniture and accessories. Giving the aesthetics of this kitchen, Boca do Lobo had to be present with the incomparable statement and powerful furniture.
Gold, nudes and blue are the main colors used which gives to the project a bright and classic sensation. Windows that goes from the ceiling to the floor, wash the interior with natural light and gives the feeling of being outside in the middle of beautiful trees and breathing fresh air.
Entering the kitchen, we can see right beside of it a goldish impressive sideboard, by an outrageous door, projected to be the jewel in the crown of the brand Boca do Lobo and a reflection of the furniture jeweler’s expertise and quintessence.
The reflective and shining project has two main areas, the space where it all begins with an amazing stove, almost like an industrial one in a radiant silver color, right in front of it a contemporary kitchen counter with four amazing stools by Essential Homewhich fits perfectly the whole scenario. Above the kitchen counter there’s a fascinating chandelier that goes from one side of the counter to the other one making the area very luminous and elegant. The other area is where people take pleasure of the cooking, placed right in the center there’s a dining table surrounded by magnificent Soleil chairs by Boca do Lobo, a synthesis of styles and senses. Inspired by the spirit and mission of the famous Cirque du Soleil, the purpose of this pieces is to invoke, provoke and evoke.
Projected to be the jewel in the crown of the Portuguese brand Boca do Lobo, the Diamond Sideboard is a reflection of the furniture jeweler’s expertise and quintessence, undoubtedly deserving its title. This opulent object, full of resources and desire, has two carefully sculpted doors that reveal a gold lined interior with a shelf and two drawers. This piece is inspired by the gothic furniture of the romantic period, with its capacity to take advantage of the power of imagination, prevision and escape, without forgetting its unique character.
Soleil chair is a synthesis of styles and senses. Inspired by the spirit and mission of the famous Cirque du Soleil, the purpose is to invoke, provoke and evoke.

Turin’s Icona Design last popped up on our radar with an insanely expensive, v8-engined supercar prototype called the Vulcano whose entire bodywork was fashioned from raw titanium. Now, it’s back with an electric yacht design inspired by “the numbers of nature.”
The Icona Fibonacci is an asymmetrical catamaran. Its chief nod to the Fibonacci sequence would appear to be a pair of sprawling ornamental staircases that wrap themselves around the sides giving access to the flying upper deck and the helm. It might have made more sense to call it the Steinway because its roof lifts off like the lid of a grand piano and the overall shape reminds us more of that than of a seashell.
Still, this 55-footer (16.7 m) is a beauty to look at in the renders, reasonably compact but with defined areas for socializing, sunbathing and below-deck privacy.
The Fibonacci is a 55-foot asymmetrical catamaran concept with 400 kW of electric propulsion
Icona Design
It would be powered by a pair of 200-kilowatt (270-hp) electric motors, running off a pair of 340-kWh battery packs that make it suitable for weekend cruises with around 12 hours of cruising and another 12 hours of sitting about enjoying yourself. Pure range would be about 150 miles (240 km) when cruising at 10 knots (11.5 mph, 18.5 km/h). Charging could supposedly be accomplished in 20 minutes according to the company, but that seems like a ludicrous miscalculation to us.
Extending the range may be possible using a polymer electrolyte hydrogen fuel cell arrangement that keeps things relatively eco-friendly while seriously upping the energy density – although you’ll have to give up some space below deck to go that way.
Will this one make it to the prototype stage, or will it merely serve as a portfolio piece for Icona and its partners Hydrotec, Terra Modena, ASG Power and Studio RPR? It’s hard to say, but it sure is a nice thing to look at.
